I concur 100%. They are especially creepy once they get old and start cracking hence, pinching your butt when you lift off. Egh.
While it makes no logical sense, they just *feel* dirty. It's even worse if someone just showered in the bathroom and there is condensation on the seat. Ugh!
I agree... I could not think of anything that would absorb more crap over a period of time. Yuck.
